Cancellation Policy
At our clinic, we value your time and our team’s commitment to providing high-quality care. To ensure we can offer appointments to all clients fairly, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy below.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client on our waitlist.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time may incur a late cancellation fee of $50 (or your booking deposit may be forfeited).
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given, a no-show fee of $50 will apply (or your full booking deposit may be forfeited). Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Running Late
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client.
Booking Deposit
Some appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are fully redeemable at your appointment but may be forfeited if insufficient notice is given.
